Michigan is transitioning from MI Health Link to MI Coordinated Health (MICH), a Highly Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (HIDE D-SNP) launching January 1, 2026. If you have both Medicare and full Medicaid, We Care Home Assistance is here to make the transition simple, clear, and stress-free.
You may qualify if you are age 21+ and enrolled in Medicare and full Medicaid benefits.
